At DB Orthodontics Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in their original, sellable condition.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
